Billing
Is Free Invoice Automation really free?
Yes. The Free plan has every invoicing feature, with no time limit and no card needed. You pay only if you want the Team plan for more members, no branding and more AI credits.
Do you take a cut of my invoice payments?
Never. Your clients pay you directly through your own payment provider or bank. Only your provider's own fees apply.
Is there a free trial of Team?
There is no trial. Instead, your first Team payment has a 30-day money-back guarantee: email us within 30 days for a full refund, no reason needed.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel in Settings, Billing. You keep Team until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free. Your data is kept.
What happens if a renewal payment fails?
Team keeps working for a 5-day grace period while you update your card. After that the account moves to Free. Nothing is deleted and your clients' pay pages keep working.
What is regional pricing?
Team costs $5/month or $48/year when your billing country is eligible. Checkout shows the right price for your card's country automatically.
AI credits
How do AI credits work?
Credits are used when the AI agent does work for you: 1 credit per document it creates or updates, 2 per receipt or PDF it reads, and 1 per automation run. Failed runs are free.
Do credits roll over?
Monthly and welcome credits expire at the end of their month. Credits from packs you buy last 12 months.
Will I ever be charged automatically for credits?
No. Credit packs are bought only when you click to buy them. There is no automatic top-up.
Can I use my own AI key?
Yes, on any plan. Connect your own Anthropic, OpenAI or Google key and use AI features with no credits. Your AI provider bills you directly.

Yes. Apply with proof of your organisation or studies, and we review every request by hand.
When is Enterprise available?
Enterprise, from $49/month with custom domains, white-label and SSO, comes after launch. Contact us if you need it.
